We have been contacted by a company called DOOG (Dog Owners Outdoor Review) pitching their products trying to get attention. Once we got our review DOOG Walkie Belt we got pleasantly surprised. It works, it's not bulky or dorky and it is very sturdy.
DOOG is an Australian Company that have their products placed in Europe, US and now in Canada as well. Their belt is not only stylish, but also extremely practical. It comes with two small pouches on each side where you can easily place bags and anti-bacterial hand wipes. They sell these in little packages so you can just drop them in. One "refill" contains about 30 bags. It also has a convenient, large pocket in the middle for anything else. One of the very important features which make this belt actually work is a nice leash caribena. You clip your lead onto that thing and go for a stroll with your pooch. Very convenient indeed.
I did not particularly like the "iPod Clip" because it was not actually an iPod Clip. Not sure how would you clip an iPod onto that thing. What kind of iPod was it for? Nano, standard, touch ...? It would also mean that the iPod would be exposed to elements in case of rain ... I get a feeling this was an idea that came from their marketing department and not from the real R&D people.
Overall though - this is a very well built and designed belt no dog owner should be without. Many things make specifically for dog owners are usually just marketing ploys - DOOG is a real thing - really made for dog owners.
